Ordering

At beeniebuds&co Ltd we aim to keep the order process simple and easy to use. All goods description and price will be shown on the beeniebuds&co online store at the time you place your order. The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, beeniebuds&co Ltd will inform you as soon as possible and refund you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card or debit card for the goods. Refunds will be processed within 28 days.

The online store is there for you to browse at your own leisure. All goods that you selected should be simply added to the shopping cart. Once you have selected your favourite items, click on the checkout button and follow the simple instructions. If you feel that you have missed out anything you can go back by pressing the ‘back’ button at anytime.

Once all orders are complete upon receipt of your order, we will send an email of confirmation of order to you. This will include your order number, goods that you have ordered. This will only be an acknowledgement of your order and not an order acceptance. Once payment has been taken from your chosen credit or debit card you will receive a additional email that goods are ready for dispatch. There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.

Payments

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling. All of our prices include VAT where it applies. Delivery payments may apply.
Time to time beeniebuds&co Ltd will reduced prices for sales and promotions this is only valid for a specified period.
All Major credits and debit cards are accepted, you are not required to have an account with Paypal when completing your payment.

Delivery

Please take time to read these terms of sale carefully before placing your order.

All orders made will require a signature. Please insure that someone is available to sign for the goods. Please note that these delivery days is based on UK post office estimates; beeniebuds&co Ltd cannot be held responsible if delivery is delayed because of events outside of our control. Your purchase will be sent to the address that was given at the time of placing your order, please be sure that all details are correct.

beeniebuds&co Ltd delivers to the United Kingdom, Europe and the rest of the world. Only a limited amount of countries are available for delivery. Please check when ordering if your countries can be selected for delivery. All orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. beeniebuds&co Ltd have no control over the import duties and taxes and you are the solely responsible for payments. For more information please contact your local customs office for further information.

Orders placed before 12.00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered as per the requested delivery. If orders are placed after 12:00pm it will be processed 1 working day. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays). Note: *free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. *Low International deliveries start from £5.00 (Europe) and from £8.00 (rest of the world) which depends on the weight of the item(s) selected.

Returns

We hope that you enjoyed your shopping experience at beeniebuds&co Ltd. If you change your mind or something is not quite right you can request a refund to the same credit or debit card it was purchased on or exchange. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on merchandise that was purchased on sale. You must ensure you return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of them arriving to you. All products must be unworn / unused with all tags and labels intact. beeniebuds&co Ltd regrets that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in perfect condition.

Please ensure that you follow the notes below within 14 days of purchase to obtain your refund/exchange:

Complete all details on the return form that will be found in your original parcel. Please give a reason for return.

You will be responsible for paying any postage or packaging charges, which are incurred when you return the goods, back to us. We recommend that you use a tracked or registered mail carrier service for the returns. We cannot take any responsibility for lost items. Refunds will be made within 28 days of receiving your returned item, please ensure all details are correct before sending your return item(s). We will aim to return your email within 24 hours.

Cancellation

In addition to our returns policy the seven day cooling - off period applies. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

May 2011 beeniebuds&co blog are in the finals for Best New MADS Blog 2011. We are very thrilled to have reached the finals of the MADS Blog Awards, and it's fantastic to be in such great company, with so many great blogs.
